习近平文化思想是马克思主义与文明发展实践深度融合的最新理论成果，作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分，有着强大引领力与非凡思想力，对增强中华文明传播力影响力意义重大。它以积极争取文明话语权的方式，超越以往单纯依靠精神的独立性自守维持中华文明存续发展的局限性，开启了对中华文明传播力影响力的范式重构，既增强了传播力影响力，又主动守护了精神的独立性。在中国特色社会主义发展的新实践中，习近平文化思想坚守中华文化立场，提炼精神标识与文化精髓，重构中国话语和叙事体系，开辟文化主体性建构的现实路径，勾勒出了文明形态创新、文明交流对话共生、强国使命引领发展的实践图景和现实目标。在社会主义现代化新征程上，为破解西方中心主义话语体系，助力民族复兴伟业，增强中华文明传播力影响力注入了强大精神力量。
Abstract：Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is the latest theoretical achievement of the deep integration of Marxism and the practice of civilization development. As an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, it possesses strong leadership and extraordinary intellectual energy, and is of great significance for enhancing the dissemination and infiuence of Chinese civilization.By actively striving for the right to speak in civilization, it surpasses the limitations of relying solely on the independence of the spirit to maintain the survival and development of Chinese civilization in the past, and initiates a paradigm reconstruction of the dissemination and infiuence of Chinese civilization,as well as actively safeguards the independence of the spirit.In the new practice of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Xi Jinping Thought on Culture adheres to the stance of Chinese culture, extracts the spiritual symbols and cultural essence, reconstructs the Chinese discourse and narrative system, opens up a practical path for the construction of cultural subjectivity, and outlines the practical picture and realistic goals of the innovation of civilization forms, the symbiotic development of civilization exchanges and dialogues, and the development led by the mission of building a stronger country.On the new journey of socialist modernization, it injects a strong spiritual impetus into breaking the Western-centered discourse system, facilitating the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and enhancing the dissemination and infiuence of Chinese civilization.
